You can tie a cloth around your belly to give support, and then lay on your back; you shall place the feet on the floor and bend the legs. Right after, pull the belly button towards the spine and lift the pelvis off the floor. This is a good way to give your abs the support they need right after giving birth. Your muscles start getting in shape, and now your body is ready to accept further exercising!

As your ADHD consultant may already have told you, you shall not do the stress eating! If you’re a breastfeeding mum, your temptations and cravings are understood, but always remember that these are just cravings in the end; food is what your pantry has been containing over. So eat healthy meals, give yourself desserts, but don’t swap the healthy meal plan with eating a stack of donuts!

The most common trick for losing weight is the most overlooked as well: to drink as much of the water as you can. It’s also highly mistaken that coffee or tea relieves stress. Not only does caffeine dehydrate us, but it also leaves the body fatigued, which results in more stress. Several cups of tea mean several sugar grains as well. The less, the better. Instead, drink minerals as it clears the fat quite literally. In simpler words, caffeine is bad because it takes up space that water needs for a flat stomach.
